WATER WAX SERIES explores the relationship between beeswax
and water. Water is essential in the cleaning process of beeswax. The collection of vases is the result of experimentation of hot beeswax (65°C) submerged in cold water.

In this reaction the wax solidifies instantly and takes the shape of the water drops it reacts with. The project started from a solid block of beeswax which is then turned into an elegant extruded volume. The vase’s shape references the organic shape of the wild beehive. The beeswax drops visualize the honey’s fluidity and the natural bees world.
